And Internet bodybuilding enthusiasts, I'll describe a typical session of my training pecs. I work volume, for the upper body, with six sets of four exercises for large muscle groups. This type of training is difficult and time consuming than 1:30 Yet not as I try to keep a maximum of intensity during training. Get set for a session to craft this muscle pecs from all angles!

During this session, as always, I aim to take the heaviest possible. However,I do not focus on the load being lifted, so go after my workout scheduled. The first three exercises, I have chosen are well developed that I run:
1/ Bench press bar
2/ Incline Bar
3/ Decline press, dumbbell

I realize 4 series of 6 to 10 repetitions for each of these 3 movements, in order to increase the volume and muscle mass of my chest, and for the middle parts, top and bottom of this muscle group. Then, I end my session by three other exercises « finish my pecs »…
4/ Press seating (bench press)
5/ Pull Over avec haltère
6/ Standing away with lying dumbbell (pulley or vis-à-vis)
For these exercises, the end of the drive, my series are slightly longer than the previous movements, 8 to 12 repetitions. Fatigue is present, fiscal years and for me more « finish », work is less heavy than for developed. Other details, I'm just 3 series for each fiscal year end.
